A Giant Cup Of Icy Cool Heavenly Goodness: Red Mango’s Froyo

Red Mango

Delicious Froyo From Red Mango

I was excited since it was my first time to eat at Red Mango and I love yogurt. At first I was a bit leery about the taste and the price, but just after two spoonfuls of that rich, creamy, frozen delight, I can easily see why people fell in love with Froyo (Frozen yogurt) — it has the kind of perfect taste to die for that will send you straight to heaven!

And no, I’m not kidding, I think I just died with Red Mango’s famous frozen yogurt. The consistency was not hard as rock, no aspartame-like taste and when it touched my taste buds it melted in my mouth like a smooth piece of snowflake under the midday sun.

Unlike other local Froyo shops, Red Mango’s Froyo is made of pure yogurt, not powder. It is naturally delicious — which makes for a healthy alternative to our favorite, high-calorie treat “ice cream”. And what’s even more exciting to know about it?  Well, there are different Froyo flavors to choose from -  frozen yogurt offerings that will treat you well!

I was pining for the green tea flavor (my favorite) but was also iffy at that time since it was my first time to try, and Lee, similarly had no idea which was which flavor to choose. To be taste-wise, we ordered a GIANT cup of their original Froyo instead and shared it nicely. For toppings, we picked a great combination of mango, strawberry, and peaches. Hurrah!

Imagine our surprise when two massive swirls of white mountains come into sight on our cold cup! Plus on top, a mix of yellows and reds! Mmm mmm, it tasted soo good we actually forgot we were dateless for Valentines day, LOL!

Of course, still, we vouch to return for more!  Who’s to know next time when we visit again this froyo store, we’re already sharing blenders and some probiotic ice teas with our handsome, yogurt-loving escorts. Oh yeah, go-yogurt!
