I have been a fanatical FoodPornDaily patron since my entire blogging years.. and days like this (READ: PMS), I need to be provided with sweets in any format. It calms the screaming banshee in me and reduces my moodswings into smaller proportions, which is useful since time of the month is nearly here. Okay that was half-true — but for some reason — gazing at food pictures does the trick and make my mouth watersss. XD
AND so tonight!! I had Fortune ensaymada mom bought at the Mercury drug store and I’m happy to report I have eaten everything nyahaha. Of course my favorite is the center because it’s the creamiest part. yum. XD …
And this? Is the only study that doesn’t take a genius to explain this topic: the effects of over-eating sweets and why the eff you’ve been getting fat slash feeling heavier than normal the past few weeks.
True enough, I think I’m getting fatter with each passing day. An officemate informing me today of how fat I seem to look on turtlenecks is proof of that. It’s prolly just because of my round face but I have to admit my appetite in general has increased.

I’ve been on antibiotics (Altacef & Clariget); and taking them somehow made me sick~er enough to wind up in bed to get rest instead so I can say it stopped me from working out. :/ It’s what you call REST people, I know. But complete immobility isn’t what I wanted.
What I want, however. Is to exercise again at Slimmer’s World gym, attend the aerobics classes, get back in shape and be toned again and yes more POLE dancing classes! But since lung and breathing problems are still torturing me, it might take a while. All of it.
