SO THIS is a celebratory post because I just got a home based job in the Philippines and finally I can lovingly beam down at the corporate world with a huge big smile. YEAAH. :]] And this gets me all sorts of excited because I can now pay extra attention to my tresses, explore a book or two, play the game that I like, do the morning fitness routines at the gym, and while at it – have a blast!
As for the issue of the backstabbing friends – I’m learning to deal with the drama by staying as cool as a cucumber, lolZ. Since I needed time to figure things out, silence was my best friend. I just don’t get it why some people love diving into heated debates between friends. Not cool okay? But enough with my sensitive side. To contain the excitement, I’m currently prioritizing to hone the skills that I already have. And this includes organizing, researching, and of course – playing schedule ahead of time!
Speaking of play..

Amazing how addicted a person can be when games from Zynga like this are floating around facebook.
Gotta love it, yo. <3
P.S. Do you guys know any Cityville Secrets? :3

P.S.S

I’m making blinkies again! So I’ll be making a lot of these cute blinking stuffs for you all soon!

REMEMBER the entry about backstabbing friends? Okay I admit: it was some sort of issue that I never discussed thoroughly, I felt I needed to check my words carefully and the thoughts I share online lest I’d be harming others in unexpected ways. Although I’m not a professional BLOGGER, I consider myself a social networking addict. You know, those internet diary writer types that do mind if you stumble upon their penned jewels sprinkled throughout the entire internet universe. Nyaha. But it’s fun, nonetheless. And is a profitable one as well.
However, spending too much time online, I’ve learned and realized about the downsides of an upload.
What seems like a good idea:
1.) Blogging about your thoughts without editing them. It’s your blog and you can do whatever you want with it.

How it can backfire on you: Destroys relationships. What if your math teacher saw this? Lolz.
2.) Posting photos of you and your bf kissing. You’re in love and you want the whole world to know!

How it can backfire on you: Your private pictures may float around cyberspace anytime soon!
3.) Posting photos of you at parties with your friends drinking or even drunk. These will make for a good laugh afterwards!

How it can backfire on you: They wouldn’t be funny to your prospective employers when you’re job hunting! Better keep such as private!
4.) Posting photos of you in a low-cut top or bikini. Hey, if you’ve got it, then flaunt it, right?

How it can backfire on you: You might be proud of your hot body, but you’re essentially throwing the perverts a bone. Don’t post naughty/revealing pictures if you don’t want to get disrespected by male strangers!
5.) Posting your contact details online and adding contacts you don’t know. Social networking sites are for meeting new people, after all.
HEY, WANNA ADD ME? Here’s my number..
How it can backfire on you: Strangers are the most advantageous people you’ll ever know. Check their profiles first and stop posting provocative snapshots of yourself ‘coz not everyone on the net is out there to make friends!
***
I turn into the internets for a bajillion of millions of other things, like for stalking Tricia G., getting updates from friends on FB, broadcasting to the world what I ate for breakfast, and playing Cityville! Since I can share about my life here, the interwebs is lovee. But there are downsides to it and this involves thinking twice before you hit the upload. I keep my contacts subtly updated about my life (which isn’t worse than having rusty nails shoved under and through your eyelids, lolz) and I feel so NORMAL about it. BUT THE DANGERS! Good lord!! – are truly EPIC! And quite frankly, when you’re getting your heart ripped open like a grocery store orange it’s probably a good idea you don’t blog about your thoughts about it.
Otherwise stuff like this happens.
</3
That being said, have fun tweaking your online profiles but do know also this: your posts have A LOT to say about the whole of you.
There are potent HARMSS (yes with s’s!). SO if you don’t want to get a broken heart, think twice before you upload it.. <3

and P.S. a self important photo. to add ~life~ to this entry. :}

YOU GUYS probably have heard of Belgian Waffles being the best in the world, but it seems Starbucks do another type of treat that’s equally, if not more, delicioso. As much as I would spend my life avoiding contact with sweets or indulge in chocolate, ice cream & sappy movies for a multitude of health (and heart) reasons, lolz – even I have to admit that this Starbucks’ Chocolate Belgian Waffle looks as tasty as it could be fresh out an oven.

Apparently coffee makes me very emotional. Mehehs.

And that girl I’m with? Well guys, maybe you haven’t heard of her or some of her first ever Etude Hauls ’cause she’s a lovechild…. but believe me or you not: this girl has the daintiest mind in the south to brighten and inspire your day with.
Aaannd I’m so very much excited about our online shop! Hope you guys will stay put after this update because Kat and I have so much surprises next week! Don’t forget to visit her blog.

I SURELY had a blast looking through (and shopping!) at Forever 21′s latest collection this season. They carry all the hottest trends – from dreamy and feminine, to tough and edgy styles.
And since I know you guys are completely crazy about Forever 21 Philippines, I’ve got awesome photos you can feast your eyes on!

I am pretty infatuated with simple looks that have elements in them that can totally draw attention. I find them beyond sexy. So I’m totally loving this season’s fashion staples from Forever 21 in Megamall.

Also whether you dress by whim or follow your moods, you can be yourself at Forever 21. They surely sell one-of-a-kind-pieces to tickle your fancy, and make you an instant fashionista.
Just like this cute dress right here which I tried on. The stone designs are love! Most dresses are priced at not more than Php 1,900! So if you’re looking for an important dress to a party, this store is for you.

…Forever 21, $17.80; Belt – ASOS, $10; Booties – Wet Seal, $17.25. I am pretty infatuated with looks that have elements of menswear. I find them beyond sexy. So I’m totally loving the oversized button down. (Note: Although I’m not 100% sold on it peeking out the bottom of the mini-skirt….) Keeping the top 3 or 4 buttons open definitely shifts it …

…my dad forever? Will I be one of those people who has debt collectors knocking down her door? But none of that really matters because what’s done is done. SOMETHING about little overwhelming feelings make you just want to get out of your nutshell and be creative, and thus I made it possible with this lookbook themed self portrait photography! Or a self important photo, whateveryouwantocallitz. Hehs.
Floral Lace Top from Promod (I love laces!), Brown leather Belt with silver studded design my father owns, Cropped Jeans, and an Owl Statement Necklace mom gave me last New Years!

This is exactly what I want to start everyday with. Invading digital space with bites and bits of repetitive, glorified self shots! Nyaha. I used a GE x5 camera and had a little photoshopping done with this photo. Since self-portraits need to be set-up, I was running back and forth for the timers. PURE SWEAT OKAY. Everything was about LUCK, plus I didn’t have a tripod! This is majorly the hardest part of shooting self portraits, but at the end of the day it was all worth it. <3

This is like, myspace profile pic. I didn’t have a friend to take a photo, so I’m a friend~less child, lulzy.

Slouchy brown hat since it’s the cold season! Also: Pink mini hat hair clips – great divi finds!

A closer look at the owl. I hope you guys also noticed – owl necklaces are so in. Like this rainbow owl necklace from Forever 21. MY moles are huge, IKR. XD

Parisian shoes by Sm Department Store I got on a sale to match my outfit, because they are so comfy and stylish!

My new GEX5. This impressive, 14.1 megapixel, semi professional digital SLR is great to carry around. Absolutely love. *thumbs up*
Also: cute pouches (see photo above) can be thrifted from a really nice ukay ukay haven in Cubao (situated near the MRT station on the side bound for Taft just across the Gateway mall) and you can get it for only 60 pesos!

One of my first few shots with the GE X5. Unedited, okay. Also seen: gym bag!

P.S. The world’s plan to end on 2012 better get pushed back.. I’m still taking photos – LOTS.
