SO MANILA’S GLITZY CROWD converged at the Manila Hotel recently to witness the media launch of the hotel’s newly renovated resto, Cafe Ilang Ilang. Themed with a weekly buffet, it offers great Asian, European, Mediterranean, and Western cuisines. It is part of the stunning event to have usherettes and guests performers during lunchbreak that my dance team (the Whiplash dancers) and I happily presented. I tell you guys, with its international menu, Cafe Ilang Ilang could be an ideal place for lunch, dinner or cocktails. :]
Anyway though, the best part was the food sampling at the finish. I gorged tons of gelato – tiramisu, walnut, mocha & mixed berries, I guess. They were all good but the best was the tiramisu gelato. Nyaha! And oh btw, my hair was in curly hairstyles (yes, gorgeous squiggles on my hair) ‘coz X, who is a hair expert, twisted my hair like never before. I think he can become a great stylist someday. And quite frankly, hair that’s not straight is always so much more interesting than simple straight and boring. *_*
Btw, wearing the glittered mask barely showed my face. But I love being a Mediterranean princess, ‘coz I’m doing it for the job and the food was kick-ass. :}

Ah, Spring, the season for new possibilities and new beginnings. It’s the time for Prom, school fairs, Valentine dates… Weeee! So excuse this scatterboard format while I give you a quick tour on all the highlights of my obligatory post Valentine entry!

And since it’s love month, pretty frocks rock. I noticed this season has the prettiest gowns, and if you’re looking for the perfect prom ensemble I highly suggest dressing up for an enchanting evening in ballerina pink dresses. I love Forever 21′s romantic threads, like the ones in the photo!

I love my heart’s day and my love is a personal journal ‘coz part of the fun is finding out whether the object of my affection also feels the same way about me. Except that I sometimes wear my heart on a sleeve to make sure things don’t get out of hand and all this crushing is just fun and innocent.
Girls, just a TIP: Be a mystery! But be friendly at the same time. :]
I instantly fell in love with it. Seriously. I could really see myself going in there. I could probably hang out with some romantic cutie and we would have the perfect Valentine’s date together. Then we’d cuddle, kiss, share the sunset and talk to ’til 4am after. I’d wrap my arms around him and he’d nibble my ears… GAAAAAH. He’d certainly comprise a huge chunk of my life but this is what really bothers me: I srsly need to get a freaking boyfriend, like, RGHT NAOW.

I’m somewhat dressing some very few clothes now. I LIKE all this February sun and I can’t wait to embrace its magnificent heat ’til it’s officially summer. Breezy tops and floral head wreaths for all occasions are.. love. <3
But before we wrap up, I think you should ask yourself, “Do I have a date this Monday?” HAHAH. For the singles out there, instead of focusing your energies on envy, why not divert into something more positively delish? :]

HEY GUYS ! I know I owe you all apologies since I’ve been AWOL for the last 5 days, but you have to understand, I was crazy busy at the 2011 Coca Cola National Sales Convention, dancing, performing and snapping pictures of our own, and it was madness. I won’t fizzle out tonight I PROMISE and keep you updated with more stuff, but for now you’ll just have to satisfy yourself with the visual spoils from the weekend:

It’s extra exciting to find out how very talented and beautiful their new ambassador is. Yes people, Solenn Heusaff is the new ambassador for Coke Zero! Not only does she have pretty face, but she’s also one of the final 4 survivor in Survivor Philippines. Ooooh.*drooling*
And because you know we’re superstars in our own right and we are who we are, I’m going to hit you with my best solo shot. :]

And I managed to perform with Vanessa and Dazha, my Salinggawi batchmates, again after a year of zero training! Also: with ate Geraldine, my pole dancing and Vegas strip classes teacher. :] This wasn’t the first time we’ve danced on TV, but oh world! It was the first time we’re together for a TV show and it just totally kicked ass. It wasn’t perfect, but we’re happy with it. Seriously. :33
SO I GOT A RIDICULOUS amount of chains, belts, and bracelets right over here which I hoarded last week after gorging on buttered shrimps and crispy squid fries with my folks. Amazing that the Dampa sa Libis has now “Tiangge” stalls and omg I think I will vouch to return for more. The best part is that their prices are reasonable. I think it’s perfect since I love acessorizing to the hilt when performing for a dance show and of course, I love my outfit with touches of silver.
I don’t think I could wear them for my everyday activities, though. :]
