Random Stuff, Beauty And The Beach.

NOT TOO LONG AGO I kinda got into a little addiction over some self shot photos with a webcam I posted on my Friendster site, and now that it’s back here are some more. Mehehe. I greatly believe I’m a beautiful, interesting person, and a smart guy will see that! OKAY THAT WAS A JOKE. HAHAHA.

Alright! These pictures have been on my tumblr blog for quite a while now, I’m sharing them coz they’re probably what you’d like to see on a palm Sunday~

Presenting the most filling chow my tastebuds has ever tasted ‘coz my cousin’s godlike skill at cooking couldn’t possibly be achieved by a mortal..

Delicious Turon mixed with a creamy cold scoop of oreo ice cream! *_*

It was so easy to go through a whole cup without realizing it!  <3

Aaand here’s my newest happy spot, a 3.2 processor baby with a BENQ LED monitor, which my Daddyloves gave me for my home based job. My brother didn’t seem happy to hear the news and to install it for me but lolz eventually has learned to accept it.

Vodka is nothing special, but there’s something about them and I think it has something to do with how they get sold on the market in rainbow colors and being the only magical tonic I would’ve down each single minute of everyday next to Tanduay Ice. Heh. :3

Things I bring on a short trip. I can totally see myself spending a relaxing weekend in a summer house with these sun-compatible essentials! *Reviews soon*

But this guys. This is what really bothers me:

OMG I love the beach. *_* Someone, please. Whisk me away..

Refresh From The Toes Up

TO MAKE UP with lack of breather for couple of days, I went to treat myself to a soak.

And this is like taking a warm, refreshing shower in the middle of the day. {:

I have to say that one good thing about aerobics, which is sort of a stretch, is that it’s something better than nothing. And dancers don’t really have good feet. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but I don’t really own a pair of perfect ones; my feet gets really all stretched out and sweaty after a long day at the gym and I for one would like to thank God for them, nonetheless.

So today I relieved my aching feet and Googled and learned that a Hydrotheraphy can actually help reduce its soreness and swelling. I’m surprised at myself too; I don’t know why I had ever bothered to do a DIY footspa treatment!

I mean, foot spa services are available at beauty salons across the country, right? And with prices that range from only P250 to P500, it’s actually less than a new pair of shoes!

However, don’t get me wrong, I like all these foot spa remedies you can do from home and I greatly believe it’s time well spent.

Wait..that’s actually the point isnt? {:

Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. A basin with warm water
  2. DIY footspa products (I recommend WISH, which are available at your favorite Watsons stores).
  3. Sugar scrub
  4. Towel

GEO Magic Circle Lenses Review

I still don’t know exactly how I’m supposed to use contact lenses, I’m sure I’m doing it all wrong (they can get really uncomfortable most days, giving me heinous visionary problems), but one thing I do know is that there are lot of asian girls out there who know how it works and like to post pictures of themselves wearing them for me to eyeball.

Soo… I’m surprised I was able to snag some pairs to join in on the deception bandwagon! HAHAHA. But seriously, the GEO Magic Circle Lenses are the most conventional since I wore them as soon as I got my hands on them. WARNING: 14.5mm in diameter. Okay, not exactly the biggest ones. But I like the fact that it’s shiny and generally feels all right.

Magic Circle
Diameter : 14.5mm
Degree: 0 TO 1000
0 to 800 for JBN-103, XDV-200; 0 Degree only for CC-304

‘shopped photo. Me wearing the Ck-105.

Touring Tagaytay Highlands

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Tagaytay Highlands, not only is it one of the most stunning places I’ve ever seen, but it’s also a fantastic place to spend a few summer days with the family.

Here I’ve got some awesome pictures from our last week’s trip that show its perfect mix of the recreational and residential. How could you not love a place like that? I would want to live here at the drop of hat, after all it’s just 90 minutes’ drive from Metro Manila, just say the word and we can make this thing happen. HAHAH. As if! Did I mention this country club is exclusive to members only? We were so lucky to get invited to a one day trip tour! *_*

Since we were in a private car, our driving directions to Tagaytay is via SLEX, the easiest and safest way. More..

And here’s a video of us at Midlands aboard the funicular at Tagaytay Highlands. We rode it to get to the Midlands Golf Club. It was awesome;  my first (but definitely not the last) train ride!

The Funicular links the Highlands Golf Club and Midlands Golf Club. It operates daily between 10am to 6pm and has a travel schedule of every 2 hour on the hour. It will not be operational during thunderstorms, though.

View from the Funicular.

I went weeing a lot and couldn’t stop taking pics because my Titas from Slimmer’s World Gym and the parents are the craziest! :]

Okay you’re probably kinda losing interest already with all that Funicular photo, it’s always the same thing so here ~ a picture of me! :p

and another one!

Here’s some photo from the Tagaytay Highlands Country Club. It was a bad angle, I know.

I haven’t had this kind of breakfast in, well never, (I always eat RICE on breakfast meheh) but they seem to be doing a good job with their breakfast bonafide. Sausage bread, a pretty slice of a brownie and ice cold tea. I’ve actually got more room at my tummy after nomn~ing on this.

I always knew that Tagaytay highlands is well-decorated, but I would never have guessed this would happen. First, good heavens, the interior design, which is completely utterly beautiful, at least that’s what I noticed.  Obviously, the owners planned the construction design well.

I’m pretty upset that I’ve only got one picture of these Cable Cars at Tagaytay Highlands, but it’s a pretty good one.

And here’s a picture of me with the coolest parents in the world at Tagaytay Highlands, just waiting for the cable cars to arrive for the trip back.

View from the cable car ride. I really could see myself living in there.

I don’t normally find leopard prints all that attractive, they can get a little overdone or maybe the 80′s just not my style, but I’ve got to say this one I got from some Cubao thrift store won me over. So there ~ I’ve worn them that day haha. And I paired ‘em with white flats! Like it?

Thirfted leopard print dress (w/ long sleeves), Knitted Head Beanie from Kush, White Flats from Cardams and Purple Handbag from Jimmy Choo.

Tagaytay Highlands Suites. Of course proper packing is still essential, should you wish to stay for four hours only or four days.

Highlands Suites offers plenty of amenities; the swimming pool is just one of them!

I got really intrigued by this spacious gaming area that has the entire room for your ultimate recreational activity. Great gaming spot for the boys (and girls, like me). Hah! :]

Photography: Definition Of Shoot

I have these two really good friends who are humble and down to earth. I said they’d do great in producing a commercial photoshoot, but they needed a little push. So, here’s their work.

I’m sorry I always stick to goldie-inspired locks and refreshing rainbow-colored dresses. HAHAH. Zowee guys! But seriously. What I like about DOS Photography is that they are not sacrificing good taste and judgement when being creative. They bring you a taste of the alternative and the unusual, taking photography to the next level by turning photos into a vision of another realm, often dreamlike, ethereal, and even dark.

Anyway, to have an idea on what their concept is that day – to try to create a distinct look, not the typical theme for summer.

And it’s for 2 reasons. #1 summer photoshoots are too common at this time of the year. And #2, they felt photography will never reach it’s full potential without a white girl being chopped into pieces with obscenities in the background. Nyaha. It’s madenning, but that’s how serious they can get.

And here’s another one with Jooley.

DOS Photography is currently setting up their website to find people to shoot. This creative team duo consisting of a photographer and a creative connoisseur create concepts that are mind-blowing, I tell you guys.

I just love their ideas, and you sure will have a fun time modeling for them as much as I did!

If you want to be a part of their photographs, hit me up by commenting on this page or you may choose to email the team at dosphotography@yahoo.com or text/call +63 922 854 15 04
