I HAVE GONE MONO for days straight now and it’s always been difficult for me to do much of anything except to eat and get so much sleep coz of weather and this lazy me soooo~ I’m going to make this what I cooked wednesday thingy as a self improvement stint instead. Haha. Yesss! And today, I did exactly that by making the perfect pasta fettucine with tuna and cherry tomatoes.
Mummy, I can cook! Yey~ :]]
Tuna fettuccine is always a classic midweek meal to the family, it’s done a lot like Filipino spaghetti, except it’s easier to make and it has practically the same basic ingredients minus the sweet taste. Believe me you don’t have to fuss with lots of seasonings or whatnots to put on this!

Proof!
What I did was to cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, made the sauce by mixing the chopped onions, fresh tuna steaks, salt & freshly ground pepper, oregano, cherry tomatoes and VOILA! top it over your fettuccine and then it’s magic. *_*
I guess it helps that the lovely long weekend hasn’t ended yet despite the rain showers going on in the Philippines.. well at least for me. Haha.

How about you guys, did you do anything productive today? Lemme know by commenting below! :]

IT. IS. DONE. And it’s all in the hands of you now. This is officially the start of my designing duties as a small business owner but that doesn’t mean I can laze around without deliberating anything. Glad it’s nearly September. I have big surprises coming in the next few weeks, delicious secrets that may shock you all. Haha. But THIS!! for now.
Anyhow ~ met Kat and Tesh the other week and we are so enthusiastic about working as a team. We dint take pics, sayang! But for what its worth, our convos were awesome. :3

KREAM ONLINE SHOP’s landing page. I got inspired by Kat’s first design on Kream so I kinda did a mixed media art with a vintage feel for this. Meh, I’m sorry if it isn’t perfect, especially the alignment of the texts. Haha.

Adding a Static FBML to your Custom Facebook Page design is easy! It wasn’t a particularly hard task if you ask me, and all you have to do is to click here. If you have a fan page, basic HTML can help get you through to customizing your welcome tab.

MY FAMILY AND I just had an amazing night staying in a superior room at the Manila Peninsula Hotel+ Breakfast at Escolta! *_* And the whole night dining at the Manila Peninsula’s Spices. Gee. Asian cuisines! Receiving a complimentary 2lb cake also made my heart beat for love ‘coz it’s Mommy’s birthday. The Peninsula Card Membership is only Php7500/a year! It has tons of benefits, allowing you to get value for your money. Not recommended for penniless students though, ‘coz this is not gimik.XD But it was such a grandiose experience that we vouched to return soon with heaps of fun and not-so-many-money. :]

The Peninsula Card ♥
Should you wish to sign up for one, you’ll be asked for your name, contact number, address and payment details. Accepted are credit card, cash or cheque. Read more of the Peninsula Card’s Membership benefits here.

Had the breakfast buffet at Peninsula Manila’s Escolta ♥ Awsm! We had ccrispy bacon, milky scrambled eggs, soya milk, fresh donuts, yogurt, sashimi and more second helpings! YUMM. ♥

♥♥

We saw this on display before entering the restaurant.

Since daddy’s the bearer of the card, he gets 50% discount from the food bill for our dinner in Spices Restaurant. It’s transferable! Not valid on weekdays and public holidays, though.
Anyway, we had the best chili salmon and beef Colby, only spicier. And I think (again) I may have gained a couple MORE pounds. What the eff? Okay, I’m sorry but I’m still dreaming what chocolate cheesecake means. <3 But we love food, and we want them ALLL! :3 :3 :3

Mom’s complimentary 2lb cake with her preferred cake wording. 48-hour advanced reservation for this is required!

Few pics from the bunch.

and of course, a couple of my kaartehan. haha.

Ps. KREAM ONLINE SHOP is now selling accessories! We have mostly cute, top of the trends, but cheap and widely-available fashion selection that I’m sure you’ll all love! Check out our items HERE and enjoy shopping! ♥

I READ A LOT OF ”What’s in my bag?” post everyday so I don’t know if seeing a vintage bag full of whateveryoucallitz will interest anyone involved in the blogging world. Haha. I’m sorry if this isn’t interesting but a lot of people were interested in seeing what I bring on random occasions. That plus the fact that I had a lovely stay at the Manila Peninsula over the weekend so I’m gonna go through the things that I brought with me (well, the essentials at least) and not gonna have a bunch of crazy stuff since my knowledge of organization is scant. But doing this was actually fun! :]]

I’m sorry if that’s the nth time you’re seeing the bag (from the post: 5 things I love this week) ‘coz it’s now my favorite vintage bag ever. In retrospect, I carry large ones!! Like standard-sized backpacks since it’s so much easier when you’re a dancer.
Anyhow ~
What’s in my bag breakdown:
- ID’s
- Palm Pre
- My Phone
- Glasses
- Hair accessory
- Small notebook
- Pen
- Tissue
- Mints
- Keys
- Make-up kit (lipgloss, eyeshadow, face powder, liquid eyeliner, concealer)
- Hand Sanitizer

HEY GUYS! Remember the Revlon Collections that I got from my uncle Boy recently? Yeah, those. Guess what: I was seriously glued! The Revlon Custom Eyes Palette has gotta be one of my go-to favorite eyeshadows right now and oh dear god I am so excited to show you all what a great product it is! Party pops is such a pretty fun rainbow color! I know a lot of makeup brands floating around on the internets somewhere have prettier day-to-night eyeshadow palettes, but this is the best one. Heee. :]
I don’t even know how to describe it besides saying that it is a gorgeous color and is one of my new found favorites.

The nicest thing about the Revlon Custom Eyes Palette? Is that it kinda has a placement guide on each palette (located at the back) where you could possibly put the shadows. There’s definitely a lot of variations that you can achieve with this, but this is kind of an overall placement.

The guide on the back is easy! And I actually followed this guide and used that as seen on this photo:

Even swatched them on my hand.
As you can see the pigmentation isn’t really there although they are really really pretty colors.
What I like about it:
♥ comes in a really cute compact case
♥ really pretty colors
♥ usable/wearable
What I don’t like about it:
♥ pigmentation quality ~ not there ~ but not as poor as other brands out there
♥ a little powdery and not as creamy as I expect it
Actually, this is my first time to make any makeup review ‘coz that’s how I roll. Haha. Makeup bloggers are amazing! Not much a fan of super lots of makeup, but dancing helped me improve heaps on makeup expertise! Talk about shows! Also, I’m no makeup artist, but I’m still learning and that’s all that really matters. Yeyeye. :]]
♥♥♥
And couple of my kaartehan. Hahaha!

‘coz I can’t help it. XD
