Foodarama + Polyvore + Floral Fashion Inspirations

I STILL HAVEN’T decided if I’ll go by with my eating of healthy breakfast choices just yet, I mean they’re so easy to prepare (like Back-To-School Breakfast Recipes) and you can always look for something to chew in the fridge to get all the vitamins you need, but I admit: I can never run away from junk feast.

So today I ate Quaker’s oatmeal for breakfast and was stuffed with oily pizza by noon. Alright! You probably think it’s a little hard to see that Pizza Hut and Nestle Melon Milk go together pretty darn well (see picture below). But just after a few bites and a sip and voila! Tastes delish! Amazing!

Also, since I’ve been lacking on inspiration for a while these would do good for self-portraits! What do you think would look better, guys? Let me know in the comment section below. Those florals, stripes and pastel hues are just calling to me! I need to find similar clothes though. :]

Polyvore.com is a site that lets you create your own fashion set so you can express your own personal style. I don’t think you have to be really into fashion to appreciate their website. It’s my first time to actually mix and match something floral with stripes and colors that are not too overpowering and this is enough accomplishment to brag about. Haha. XD  Now get to it. Great fashion trend site I can highly recommend! :]]

Healthy Breakfast Choices + Shoes For June

HELLO, HELLO! It’s the tenth of June and I never made an event out of it except organizing my room and learning some self-improvement skills (READ: Food expertise) *_* Three days straight now it’s priority to eat more steamed, grilled, and less fried foods.  Well, I dunno. I was somehow going by with healthy breakfast choices lately. Luckily, I came out of the whole sesh unscathed! Haha. :]]

Tuesday Breakfast: Spam which I grilled and melted cheese stuffed into fresh toasted Gardenia bread. Plus, Delmonte Lite fruit cocktail! They’re in perfect mix. :]

Wednesday Breakfast: I had Spinach and Tuna Omelet. I was so surprised that there was cheese in the mix which is unusually found in most of our breakfast dishes. My parents are srsly the best~est cooks! Can you imagine how easy this is prepared?

Thursday Breakfast: Tuna Omelette Sandwich in Ciabatta Bread + Hot Chocolate prepared by yours truly. By today’s personal standard this bread is tasty like it should be! Weee. And hot milo makes a good comfort drink especially on a rainy day. This pair is love. <3

Today I made a mortal sin and declared my love with chocolates.  Huuu. *_* Yes, I love Chocolates and I like it in cereals with milk and fruits. :] Nutella is perhaps the thing I’d like to keep for the whole stint. Perfect for a cooling-off day after a cluster of tiring events that happened lately. :3

Monday in retrospect I haven’t eaten proper breakfast actually…

But the packaging is temptingly unique and the white milk in betweens made me feel better! Haha. I should be reminded that hypertension runs in the family very often. Hurts.

Anyway, I still eat rice during lunch ‘coz it’s saving my life right now. And I’d probably die if I don’t eat meat for a week. I think I will go as far as eating more while training on the dance floor where I experience major energy depletion. : x But today I googled and learned that I can’t actually do much exercise on one day, rather starting slowly by 1.) planning a definite time for workout and 2.) (probably the most difficult part) religiously sticking to it.

Well, this isn’t legit yet but I’ll let you know how this goes.  *winks*

5 Ways To Get Your Morning Groove Going

I ENVY PEOPLE who can sleep properly and easily shut-eye their way out of a night’s worry. I’m not a morning person and I don’t stick to a regular sleeping schedule. I fail at getting up at the same time everyday and for some reasons my appetite has been lost. :s Or if I may have a raging one, it must be occasional binge, one that provides me superhuman comfort (think turon with ice creams!! XDD). Days like this, I can’t fight bed gravity; I would need a coupla’ cups of coffee to instantly get the perk-me-up mood. And I know it’s bad since caffeine interfere nightime sleep but they are simply delectable in my tastebuds! Haha. All this heat is festive and lazy and fun to oversleep but summer is summer! :]]

So for those lazy days when I’m feeling grungy, these stuffs are the comfiest things I do in the world to get that bright morning spirit, but are certainly not short on the benefits:

1.) Chow down on quick and easy dishes!

I love preparing breakfast, so today I made a… *drum rolls*

Strawberry Butter Sandwich!

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Serves: Serves 2

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Strawberry Preserves
• 4 slices toasted Bread

How to make Strawberry Butter Sandwich:
• Take a small bowl and add strawberry, butter and sugar to it.
• Beat it until you get the desired consistency.
• Cover and refrigerate it for about 2-3 hours.
• Spread it over bread slices and enjoy it immediately.

I love the finer things in life and eating strawberries is one of them. But I don’t over-indulge, except if it’s chocolates ‘coz that may just land me a gross mystery illness of sorts (OKAY TOTALLY RANDOM STORY) so for added flexibility I tried Yoga, but this most of all…

2.) Do aerobics!

Flexibility needs TONS of baby steps to take. And since I do it regularly, it’s second nature! I don’t know, Aerobics will probably ruin your life ‘coz it’s addictive and all but I don’t want to get a balloon belly either. I don’t have a flat tummy though, but I’d rather like it cute and cuddly like small pillows. Mehehe. ~ And just recently: Ezeck’s in Town (SEE: the chinky-eyed guy on the aerobics video)!! Remember his despedida HERE? And it’s not like everything about reunions is all grand because in the mix, there’s the most hurtful part of consuming tons of the hard stuff. But Aerobics I must say is helping heaps to burn of all that beer! Yeaah. :]

3.) Watch quick summer hairstyles videos by Bubzbeauty!

Because they make a world of difference. ‘Nuff said.

4.) Go out for a bike!

And this is like 500 days of summer inspired.

5.) Have a cute desktop!

Random Stuff, Beauty And The Beach.

NOT TOO LONG AGO I kinda got into a little addiction over some self shot photos with a webcam I posted on my Friendster site, and now that it’s back here are some more. Mehehe. I greatly believe I’m a beautiful, interesting person, and a smart guy will see that! OKAY THAT WAS A JOKE. HAHAHA.

Alright! These pictures have been on my tumblr blog for quite a while now, I’m sharing them coz they’re probably what you’d like to see on a palm Sunday~

Presenting the most filling chow my tastebuds has ever tasted ‘coz my cousin’s godlike skill at cooking couldn’t possibly be achieved by a mortal..

Aaand here’s my newest happy spot, a 3.2 processor baby with a BENQ LED monitor, which my Daddyloves gave me for my home based job. My brother didn’t seem happy to hear the news and to install it for me but lolz eventually has learned to accept it.

Vodka is nothing special, but there’s something about them and I think it has something to do with how they get sold on the market in rainbow colors and being the only magical tonic I would’ve down each single minute of everyday next to Tanduay Ice. Heh. :3

Things I bring on a short trip. I can totally see myself spending a relaxing weekend in a summer house with these sun-compatible essentials! *Reviews soon*

Manila Hotel’s Newest Attraction: The Cafe Ilang Ilang

SO MANILA’S GLITZY CROWD converged at the Manila Hotel recently to witness the media launch of the hotel’s newly renovated resto, Cafe Ilang Ilang. Themed with a weekly buffet, it offers great Asian, European, Mediterranean, and Western cuisines. It is part of the stunning event to have usherettes and guests performers during lunchbreak that my dance team (the Whiplash dancers) and I happily presented. I tell you guys, with its international menu, Cafe Ilang Ilang could be an ideal place for lunch, dinner or cocktails.  :]

Anyway though, the best part was the food sampling at the finish. I gorged tons of gelato – tiramisu, walnut, mocha & mixed berries, I guess. They were all good but the best was the tiramisu gelato. Nyaha! And oh btw, my hair was in curly hairstyles (yes, gorgeous squiggles on my hair) ‘coz X, who is a hair expert, twisted my hair like never before. I think he can become a great stylist someday. And quite frankly, hair that’s not straight is always so much more interesting than simple straight and boring. *_*

Btw, wearing the glittered mask barely showed my face. But I love being a Mediterranean princess, ‘coz I’m doing it for the job and the food was kick-ass. :}

Love Can Be Orange.

I instantly fell in love with it. Seriously. I could really see myself going in there. I could probably hang out with some romantic cutie and we would have the perfect Valentine’s date together. Then we’d cuddle, kiss, share the sunset and talk to ’til 4am after. I’d wrap my arms around him and he’d nibble my ears… GAAAAAH. He’d certainly comprise a huge chunk of my life but this is what really bothers me: I srsly need to get a freaking boyfriend, like, RGHT NAOW.
